Svalog is a free quoting, invoicing and inventory app for small businesses that make or sell goods. At the end of each period it prepares one ZIP with issued invoices, credit notes and a VAT summary - and can send it to you automatically.
What's in the package
One ZIP per period, with everything you need to post the issued invoices.
Credit notes
PDF and e-SLOG 2.0 (XML), referencing the invoice they correct.
Document summary
pregled.csv (summary.csv for an English-language company) - invoices, credit notes and payments with status and payment reference.
VAT summary
pregled_ddv.csv (vat_summary.csv in English) - tax base and VAT per rate for the period.

What Svalog can't do yet
We'd rather say it up front:
- The export has no import format for Slovenian accounting software yet - which is exactly why we're asking.
- Svalog creates e-invoices but can't yet send them through e-invoice providers or the Peppol network (mandatory between Slovenian businesses from 1 January 2028).
- No fiscal verification of cash receipts - Svalog is built for business-to-business sales.
